About Us
The Boracay Hotel booking service is managed and run by Go Discover Travel in collaboration with worldhotel-link.com.Our goal is to make travel to this island paradise accessible for independent international travelers whilst encouraging and promoting sustainable tourism. We also aim to bring to you the smaller independent and family run establishments who currently get little or no internet promotion.
The booking service is managed by Helen Atanacio originally a British citizen who married a Filipino and moved to Boracay. Helen has worked within the travel industry for many years on luxury cruise ships as a Purser and also has a hotel on the island which she runs with her family.
Also on the team are our reservations and information officers Jorjah Espiritu and Chad Cocjin. Chad is Filipino and comes originally from Manila and now lives in Boracay so is full of knowledge about all our destinations. His experiences on travel industry helps a lot in dealing with clients. Chad takes care of the guests. Jorjah is the latest addition to the group. Reservations and Operations is headed by Trudy Allen who hails from England, and lastly is our Business Development Manager John Mclang who, other than spearheading the marketing and sales effort, is also an avid windsurfer and divemaster. John has worked in the IT industry as project manager of DTI-OTOP "one town one product" and various Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) marketing platforms
